Regional extent
Approximately coeval with Nambi Breccia Fm and the following Doli Sandstone Fm in Pranhita-Godavari east basin. The sandstone-dominant successions Mancheral Quartzite Fm and Kapra Sandstone Fm are considered to be lateral equivalents of the Encharani Quartzite.
